Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nurtul, we’re committed to creating wellness products that help you enjoy cleaner, softer, and more rejuvenating bath experiences through our IonSpa collection. We believe in the quality and effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days — and within our 60-day money-back guarantee — please contact us at Hello@Nurtul.com and our team will be happy to assist.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Any modifications or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it.
After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.
If your cancellation is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


Shipping and Delivery

We work hard to ensure your order arrives promptly. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
Nurtul is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of purchase, we cannot issue a resend or refund.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your IonSpa experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your product after 14 days of use and within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost (shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable).

To expedite your request, include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.


Damaged Items

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken or defective. Cosmetic issues such as minor box dents or scuffs that occur in transit are not considered damage if the product itself is unaffected.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing Hello@Nurtul.com with a clear photo of the damage.
If verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
