Refund & Returns

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At Nurtul, we believe the best products quietly become part of your routine.

That's why we encourage you to wear your Reminder Band for at least 14 days before deciding whether it's right for you. Building new habits takes a little time, and most people discover its value after using it consistently in everyday life.

If you're still not satisfied, simply contact us within 60 days of delivery, and we'll gladly help you with a return for a full refund of the purchase price.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To begin a return, email hello@nurtul.com with your order number.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.

Approved cancellations are typically refunded within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information by email.

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Reminder Band arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@nurtul.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

If the issue is verified, we'll replace the product at no additional cost.

Minor cosmetic damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of purchase will apply to your order.

One thing I would change strategically

I actually wouldn't say:

"Use it for 14 days because every experience evolves over time."

That wording worked for a children's activity kit.

For your product, I'd tie the 14 days to habit formation instead:

We recommend wearing your Reminder Band for at least 14 days before deciding whether it's right for you. Most people find that the value isn't in the first vibration—it's in how naturally it becomes part of their daily routine.

That feels authentic to your product and supports your "behavior change" positioning without making exaggerated claims about habit formation timelines.

One legal point to consider

This sentence in your original draft:

"Nurtul is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped."

I would soften it. Depending on the jurisdiction and the circumstances, consumer protection laws may still place certain responsibilities on the seller. A more customer-friendly version is:

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

That still avoids promising refunds for every carrier issue, but it reassures customers that you won't simply tell them to deal with the shipping company on their own.

Overall, I'd aim for a policy that feels like the rest of your brand: calm, straightforward, and confident—not overly legalistic. It reinforces trust instead of creating hesitation.
