Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.
During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to higher order volumes.

The estimated delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. This can vary depending on your location and local carrier operations.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

If our system detects an address issue, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Please note that IonSpa Filter with Nurtul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. However, we will review each case individually and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
